I can only speak for my hotel but we certainly don't bother, nor are we asked to by IHG.

I see the 2 for 1 promtion is over and has been replaced with an 'Exclusive Prepaid A' promtion which is not nearly so generous.

Am I right in thinking this?

As i am not traveling till April 2010, what would happen if Antony had by some chance left IHG? I am also assuming this wouldnt be a problem because he was at the time of the booking.

I have been using the 2-4-1 exclusive link for about 2 years (just used it twice last week), and my bookmark now takes me to the prepaid A link. You say 2-4-1 is hidden, but it has never been an option when I go straight to ICH. How are you suppose to find it if you don't know about it? My previous link always worked, the dates just changed for booking periods. Thanks for posting new link!!!
