Sorry, Afternoon all. Beautiful day here in Plymouth. Was gonna go for a run this morning, but back was quite stiff so stayed in bed instead. Back is still stiff so am not gonna go this afternoon either, gonna go and see Gran Torino instead. Whats the goss?

Thanks Bookie - Hubbles just can't wipe the goofy grin off his face - even when confronted with yucky nappies. We're so happy I get the occasional lump in my throat...
