Like the new avvy Sally! goes with the more postive attitude!!
if you have cakes, you might want to eat cakes!
if you have Flora you might want to eat.... erm....... well not what i meant!
What i mean is if you have a constant reminder of your aspirational goal, then you are positively reaffirming your subconcious needs or some loads of ole mumbo jumbo PMA stuffs!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Hi Sally!
Joe is a 5 and Freya is a 7...Joe is dead tall and slim and Im finding that I can't get trousers to fit his waist that are ok length wise, lol-he has to wear a belt!
What size is Bea-I have quite a few bits from Freya that would fit her I'm sure...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Now I'm really fed up.
All doom and gloom. not been a good week so far.
Trying to concentrate on tomorrow.0 -
Lol Maz-not QUITE an addict-it was bloomin hard work going to the gym last night but feel so much better for it.
Scales wise, I have not moved and Im getting a bit fed up really-so must start in earnest eating LESS and doing MORE. That's all there is to it!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Morning all
I woke up at around 3am as the sleety snow was pounding against the windows - was just a light covering left when we got up....glorious out there now, popped to town and could have walked around in just a long sleeved top.
I do admire all you runners and gym bunnies, I'm very much looking forward to moving back into town next month so that I can get more walking in and I've persuaded DH to let me have a gym membership at a small hotel nearby, they've got a pool I'll be able to take DD's into for free...that's our summer hols sorted
Have just brought a gorgeous throw for my bed and a new handbag...I didn't need either and now the guilts setting in."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
I have thought about having our shopping delivered, but sometimes the delivery charge can make a lot of difference to the cost. I'll have to look at when some delivery times are cheaper and take advantage. I think by having a list and ensuring DH and I stick to it, we should be OK! But you're right, it does help when you don't see all the special offers, or the unhealthy stuff crying out to you!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts

I think it's catching, Maz, I have the urge to go for a walk after I have my shower. Now what are the chances I can convince my housemate to come with me? Or at least let me borrow his mp3 player?
I am well chuffed with myself, I've been here long enough that I can give generic advice to people and feel helpful. Go me!
I think I need to cut back on the coffee lest this happen http://www.cartoonbrew.com/music-videos/le-cafe.htmlNot an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Housemate's don't help, I find. SP came home and apparently cookies are on offer at the moment, so he had bought everyone a pack of cookies. Very nice gesture but not so good for your waistline. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.
