Seaford is nice - in laws live there. Mind you, they also have their problem families. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

No way! You will regret it, they may be "good" at the moment but these sort of people always go back to what they know. Do you want to stay in Newhaven? Perhaps try Peacehaven or Saltdean. Not sure what the areas the other side of Newhaven are like. But seriously don't settle for something you're not 100% happy with. A home isn't just a roof over your head, it's the area and neighbours. This is the reason we're saving, so we can move from HA scum and live somewhere decent. Good luck. :AMortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £82,340.34 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £155 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £151.04 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £964.62 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0

There are problem families in many areas - in whatever part of the country you live in....however, the fact that you already know about these ones should be viewed as a godsend. You have the option to walk away from this house! If you buy it and find that it is a nightmare to live there, you will find resale virtually impossible. For a start if you have had any dispute with a neighbour, you must declare it on the sellers information form etc. If you have managed to find out so easily about these neighbours, other potential buyers will too. With the housing market the way it is at the moment, don't be too hasty otherwise you may end up repenting at your leisure.0

Why do you think the current owners are selling? Dont forget, scum begets scum and they will soon be begetting. Scum breed early.0

Forget the ASBOs, regardless of their ages, they know nothing of common decency. If you are set on the house and can get it I would invest in a little rough justice of your own before it starts. Hire some outside help to give the little darlings a good pasting. Nothing too serious, but enough that they will remember wincingly for a few weeks to come. Get the message across to them that you don't Chit where you sleep.
Many will decry me for saying this but trust me, it will sort out more in ten minutes than a coach load of social workers and 10 years of free trips to Chessington world of adventures will ever do.0 -
If you have £300,000+ cash to invest, why are you even considering it? Buy a cheaper house in a better road that doesn't need work, or get a small mortgage for something more expensive.Been away for a while.0

for one it a damm ugly house although it has 6 bedrooms as for the asbo kids no way would i live near them or pay any where near 350 for the pleasure.i know the views look good but at the end of the day a quiet life is better than putting camaras up knowing what you have opposite.we have been looking around the east sussex area and their seems to be some nice properties for that budget look around dont settle for a life of aggro with kids like that who will never change. Before you point fingers, make sure your hands are clean !;)0

Simple. These 4 will give trouble for years
All boys too.... wonder how many teeny-chavettes they'll be impregnating in the near future, a centre of multi-demographiced chavs to blight the area and do the full range of petty criminality - oohhh and the little chavs are so cute because they can do stuff the older ones can't and are deemed below the age of responsibility....0
