Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
Malwarebytes is a program that searches your hard drive/s for 'nasties' that shouldnt be there (And is the 'possible' cause of your problems):idea:0 -

Nibs
Im sorry to say they all end with "NO ACTION TAKEN"
Please follow this ~- The scan will begin and "Scan in progress" will show at the top. It may take some time to complete so please be patient.
- When the scan is finished, a message box will say "The scan completed successfully. Click 'Show Results' to display all objects found".
- Click OK to close the message box and continue with the removal process.
- Click on the Show Results button to see a list of any malware that was found.
- Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
- When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad.
- The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
- Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply and exit MBAM.

DONT install kaspersky until the problem is sorted
Please open MALWAREBYTES and goto LOGS and post the last FULL log please (It helps us identify the problem, theres NOTHING in it that could be used maliciously so dont worry):idea:0
