i was going to open an account with ING a while ago so i filled in the online form but i decided against it before i sent the cheque off or anything. So my account was never activated. I just tried to open a new account but i cant because they already have my details on file :(

Oh well. Worth a try. I dont think i can be bothered to phone up and see if i would be eligible for the bonus since the account was never activated. Not for £20 anway.

Got to the direct debit setup screen and got a message telling my session had timed out.

Edit: Tried again and it worked.
