Can anyone care to explain to me wot the hell thats all about?  

advantage  have added another 100 points to my card as 200 points on  complete skincare only give 150 at till


but alas the following i understand  


so i spent 5.64 and got 4.31 in points,

ie..... 4 skin products, 1 sandwich, 1 pak crisps, 2 diet cokes for £1.33

u can always get them shoe gel things from boots advantage_card buy 1 get 1 free with a voucher and stick them to yer bum !

as for walking in to a pole maybe stick one to ur forehead too !

Re the witch hazel & tea tree thing - machine said free cleanser if you buy an item from the range.  Printed two vouchers each for me n mate, but noticed voucher just said FREE cleanser - no mention of buying anything else.  
We set up a very complex procedure for going through checkout to do separate transactions etc. but wasn't needed cos very nice sales person sorted us out.  Witch Hazel thing caused problems at till (didn't come up free).  However it did start off at £2.99 then deducted 70p or so as it was reduced in price, so charged £2.29 for it.  BUT when manager refunded me the money it came up at £2.99.    So we got back more than we paid (twice each) and got 4 free cleansers.

Yeah, I must be honest, some of the receipts I've had are miles long - need another carrier bag - instead of just shoving them in my purse!

Like most of you tarts here - go to the till with my points already worked out - 9 times out of 10 - I'm awarded more - can't explain the logic of the tills but I ain't complaining! ;D

This morning i tried to just pick up the cleanser with the voucher and nowt else but course as it probably gets charged anyway, it didn't do it else, I think it probably would have picked up a dozen or so! Maybe that's why it doesn't come off automatically....even when you buy another product...

Regarding my advantage card, Yes Addy you can still get receipts validated but I don't get the buzz from the points showing up! I'm unable to get points awarded on orders on line due to my card being effectively cancelled. I'm just sweating incase my £134 of points arn't transfered onto a new card. I'm also missing points from not using the instore machine.

Its amazing what you find at Boots - they have a bunch of sale items on for kitchen stuff from main page and HBST25 gets you 10% extra off plus its triple pts at the moment.
