It's none of my business but what kind of things do you use to get over 40gig a month if you don't use P2P?
Do you use skype? Becuase I know that uses your connection to route other people's calls so uses up your bandwidth.0 -

UK online does have a limit but it's 500Gb/month (somewhere in their T&Cs) so effectively it's unlimited.
Zen are very good and reputable if you want an uncapped service.
I'm surprised to hear they've had issues...
I have had nothing but a great service from them and tech support have been very helpful.
My issues were related to the fact that I live just that little bit too far from the exchange, so not their fault, but they have still bent over backwards to give me a stable service :j0 -
i mainly use it for tv shows and moives
only problem it your upload speed is taken into account as well0 -

Capped at 500Gig/month from what I've heard - so essentially uncapped.edmond wrote:are UK online uncapped?

Zen say:
No bandwidth cap
Unlike ADSL accounts from some other ISPs, Zen places no limits on the amount of data you can transfer in a month. You are only restricted by the speed of your line and the limits of your imagination as to what to download.0 -
i need to call ukonline to see if they can serivce my area without having to go through BT0
