Hi annie
Thanks for the offer of help, which if I may, I'll take you up on.
We're all electric, no gas - no e7 - npower
I called and checked, our consumption for a 12 month period 9535 kwhs.
At present, we have an O/S balance £142.00, making our monthly payments £109.00, however, if we paid the balance then the payments would reduce to £97.00
I'd be very grateful if anyone could assist in working if we'd be better of changing suppliers please?
What supply area are you in, please?Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -

Aaahh, maybe I didn't word that one quite right, lol. What area of the country are you?
PS I did warn about the price of npower's leccy several months ago.

If you ARE on the standard leccy tariff you really do need to come off ASAP! One of THE most expensive in the country! According to energyhelpline, up to £377 savings on that usage by switching in your region. Savings not to be sniffed. A decent brand 32" LCD TV is how I would view it, lol. Have a go yourself, it's easy enough:

Think yourself lucky, Npower increased my DD from £80 to £300!!! After contacting them to say that that is ludicrous as I only use about 800 units a month, they told me to check I'm not leaving anything switched on! I think they get confused sometimes.0
