I've always fancied having a house rabbit but I think I might have changed my mind now!
It is possible to litter train them, but if you get one make sure you get all your electric wires hidden away so they can't eat through them, and get anything you don't want eaten put high up so they can't get it, and don't let them on the sofa unless they are supervised and even then not for long!
There is a magazine for houserabbit owners but can't remember what it's called. My sister used to get it when she first got one, and we learned a lot from it.
ETA: Cross posted with you GnB. House rabbits are so lovely aren't they? I miss the one at Mum and Dad's house.

    Have done some washing up

welldone emily excellent - now we will see you striking out a list!
MOF77 thats a great amount of steps today they say you should try to do 10,000 a day to keep fit! I used to have a step meter and would try to up the maximum - might have to get another - it wont be measured steps but if I can do an average (for me) that will be good! My cancer consultant suggests we do lamp posts - there is 25 yards between each lamp pot - thats standard on a street - so you try to walk to one more each time and it works - but you have to remmeber that you have to get home as well!! LOL
G&B huge hugs for LO - she is amazing with all she copes with but I am sure that is beacuse of the fantastic job you do in supporting her and bringing her up so well. hugs for you too. I will be praying for a positive outcome for the consultants research.
boddy thats just marvellous news about DD another few steps forward - she is making progress and she has you to thank for your wonderful support. I hope she gets some decent days to be out enjoying her walking.
SS babes birthday hugs for DD2 for tomorrow

have turned all the washing on the airer
emptied all the bins again for bin day
was going to post an updated list but will be waiting for fridays to add

I wont be on tomorrow morning as I am meeting a freind to look for an out fit for her son's wedding - for her not me!!!
so you will have to wait for your stars until the afternoon!
    toots xx

Boddy, that's so great about your DD. Walking will actually make her feel better depression wise, but making yourself do it is the hardest part. I think I need to take a leaf out of her book and get more exercise.

I have a good friend, with a dog - she gives me a knock in the mornings if I have been feeling down - the half hour walk, chat and fresh air does me the world of good! It can help push me out of some dark days, and I just know that I wouldn't get off my sit-up-on by myself otherwise!

Have decluttered e-mails (over 1000 of the little blighters), defragged and virus checked pc, S&S kitchen, reviewed garden plan, fed sleeping seeds and spider-babies. Don't know what the schedule for tomorrow is - it'll be like getting a present tomorrow morning!

Briefly looked at the forum changes - seem to be some discussions re DFW, Competition forums, etc, but don't really affect OS (only a name change - OS MS, rather than MS OS?)

Had great news from a friend - cancer all clear, and an agent for her book - :j so am happy happy bunny! Hoping to do R4L with her later in the year....

WM still on the blink - anyone got a mangle???

Am off up the wooden hills now, with a good book and a cup of tea....

    Hugs to all, g'night!

    Hiya
I just wanted to pop on and say a couple of things because i'm always rushing in and out and being busy and not always making the time to think of other people...this sounds like a speech now!

Kazmeister - I was thinking of you and your OH earlier this week and wondering how things were going. I hope the interview goes well. Make sure you look after yourself....easier said than done I know. Massive hugs to you.

Mumoffour - massive hugs to you and your daughter too. I've said before that my son gets really mild skin problems which drive him mad and I know how hard that can be to stay on top of. You're doing a fab job and I know you don't do it for praise but you should be so proud of yourself....I know we all are! xx

GnB - same goes for you...it's tough having a poorly littlie, i'm lucky my son hasn't needed an operation for 18 months now but I remember the feeling. Your daughter is sooooooo lucky having you (as you are having her, of course!) - lots of hugs for you too!

And hugs for anyone else in need tonight. Night everyone xx

Toots - funnily enough, we had lemon chicken again tonight simply because it was so quick and easy. Did it with boiled new pots and carrots and parsnips and brussels. No pud - we only do pud in this house on high feasts and holidays.

And thanks all for the well done on the proposal. I just need big vibes now that it will be accepted next week. (My aim is to submit it over the weekend once others have reviewed it). Although I hated doing it (what I mean is I hated having to do the jargon stuff) - if it gets accepted, it'll benefit the community so the deep thought will be worth the time. And no - I'm not getting paid for it! If I was I think it might be a tad easier.

Flying wise, I've cooked lemon chicken for dinner, washed up afterwards and boiled two eggs to go in my sandwiches for lunch tomorrow. I am now going to seriously chill for the next fifteen minutes before flopping into my pit to sleep.
