Flying wise..........um...........going to go dry dishes now.................
Tee Hee, I dont like taking them:) but my saving grace is a trick that a psychologist told me about, give the kids a small list of things, check the prices (i made that one up:)) per 100g and I can assure it pays both ways, I get the cheapest things and as they have hand picked the items they will eat them, also it shows them that money is important, and that waste is throwing money down the drain/in the bin:D The kids all have a healthy interest in cooking, I could happily leave DS1 to cook a dinner and dessert, and when we are sitting down eating it, the kids work out how much the ingredients cost for that meal!! Its a win win win issue in the house and at school!!
Im not patient either.......honest!! I get peeved off if their rooms are a tip etc:p:jIm going to be frugal:j:DIm going to be frugal:D;)Im going to be frugal;)Beetlejuice Beetlejuice...................:rotfl:0 -

Evening,
Thats great news about the job Sarah:j I said it yesterday but i think it requires repeating - WELL DONE PIGPEN:beer: You'll love it:D
Had a pretty shoddy day here, i'm pooped:o
Had an exam this morning which i really hope i've passed but i'm not sure! Then i had to take DD to the genetics clinic, they havent seen her for a while so wanted to catch up. I felt quite bad for the people with appointments after us as we commandeered 2 geneticists for over an hour:eek: Was only meant to be a 20 minute appt with one of them but the consultant wanted to see her and spent ages looking at her and measuring every little bit and taking photos etc. We may be getting somewhere with a general diagnosis which is good as we may get some more info on what the future might hold. Did however find out that the head of her femur has diedWhich is not good news, apparently it can repair itself but only if the socket is well formed which hers is not as she was born with a dislocated hip. So dont really know what that means? Couple of other bits and pieces cropped up in the discussion which has left me with more questions than answers so the consultant is going to go and do some research and get back to me if he finds anything.
Just a bit stressful really - sorry for waffling on:o
Then i realised i hadnt defrosted the chicken for dinner so had to go to the chippy and then rush to parents evening at the school.

AAARRRRRGGGGG... just lost a post!!! I hate that!
Ok, let's see if I can remember.....
Valli WTG!! you've done amazingly well today. :T :T :T :T :T
Kaz sorry for you troubles (((hugs))) And positive vibes for your OH's interview..... that's very poor that he's being vilified like this.
MOF77 how lovely, (tiring though I bet!) It's so fantastic when you get docs on your side. Good luck with the statementing.
Dusty DD2's birthday is tomorrow, I've re-ordered her present on express delivery, so it'll come by lunchtime. When the other one shows up I'll just have to send it back.
Soappie WTG on the proposal. It's such a bind having to concentrate on something you don't want to do! :T :T
Well, I thought I was on for a star then, cos I worked so hard on the kitchen, but I realised that I'd done all the kitchen stuff, but none of the dining room stuff  ahh well!MMSSB Club Founder Member
