greenbee - I think Valli should head down to Hampshire for the weekend ;)

    What a great idea :T :T

kazmeister - positive vibes for OH's interview

GnB - ((((hugs)))) for you and LO. It's a lot for the whole family to live with, and the fact that she copes so well is a reflection of the way you are dealing with it. Give yourself the credit you deserve - it's not that she doesn't deserve our admiration for doing so well, it's that you do too!

boddy - great news about your DD. Hopefully she will keep up the walking and things will keep on improving from here

rosepink - there's nothing wrong with admitting that you're having a bad day and just dealing with it, but you also seem to know that you should be following boddy's DD's example ;) You've done really well on your knitting recently, so maybe walking could be your next challenge? Toots' lamppost idea is a great one for getting started.

soappie - well done on the proposals... as you're now in the swing of it, can I chuck a couple of business cases your way ;) I really CBA to do them, so being paid for it really doesn't help :o

toots - have a lovely day shopping with your friend tomorrow!

boddy - silent neighbour vibes heading your way!

Washing in. Laundry put away. Lunch, breakfast & gym bag ready for tomorrow, so just need to do a bit of pottering and get myself ready for bed while waiting for the WM to finish so I can hang the laundry up.

I haven't been posting because I haven't been flying, but just sneaking in to say

Thank you for all your kind thoughts for my friend
Hugs to those that need them - kaz, GnB, Rosepink, Mumoffour, anyone else in need.

Saw someone said they had seen pigpen's news on Facebook. Just checked the Flyladies group and can't find your intro post piggers - you have joined the group haven't you?

For the first time I've actually done ALL my physio in one day... even if not exactly quite as expected (I think I'm supposed to do one session in the middle of the day, but can't if I'm at work!). And it looks like I might get what for me is an early night...

... so I'll sign off now and see you all again tomorrow. Sleep well, and sweet dreams... (DeniseNZ... Hope you have a successful day!)

Good luck Rosepink / Serena and everyone else who needs it for tomorrow. Will continue to try and catch up tomorrow- wifey's response to me doing all the bathrooms etc was 'oh dear' which obviously went down well :( Think she realises it wasn't the best thing to say but will continue trying to clean up the crap around here tomorrow. Night all
Divorce all finished- now to start saving for a better future!

    kazm thinking of you both
    rosepink good luck
mumoffour77 wow, what a hectic day. Good luck with the statement process
Crafty great news for your friend, Pigpen is on the FB page
boddy that is great news about your daughter, what a change, does make you wonder what's helped her turn the corner as that is a lot of achievments so soon
    serena good luck
g&b giant hugs, please give little treasure a hug from me x
nicki hope you manage to get the TMA done

I must get in the shower before bed, at C.hall 10-3 tomorrow inc 2 meetings and a launch party, by the time I get DS2 to school and take woofles out it'll be too late.

I am hoping when I look at next weeks diary, it's a little less chaotic than this week. Tutorial on Saturday then meeting up with my friend on evening but on my own with the boys so will likely still be chaos. Sunday....I don't think we have anything on, wonder if DP might take woof out so I can stay in my PJs ALL DAY!

Challenge - Spendies, I spent £45.77 today. £5 of that was completely unnecessary no matter how I try to justify it, Ben and Jerry's icecream :o Waste, some carrots which had gone gakky on the end went in for the composter and some flour that got wet (accident in kitchen)

Right shower time, then prepare some notes for tomorrows meetings. Night all xx
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

How exciting - We went to Portugal last year and had a great time - where abouts are you going? We went to a little place called Carvoeiro and it was lovely!

Omg, just seen this, we are staying at Carvoeiro in July, colina da lapa (hope its ok), any recommendations for places to see would be great - I'd never heard of this resort!!!
Didn't get much done today despite good intentions, an old friend phoned and we spoke for.... too long, tomorrow is another day!!
Hope everyone else had had a more productive time!
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

    Evening all

G&B and MOF hugs for you and your lovely little ones. I am amazed by you both and feel humbled that I have very little patience with my kids who are fortunate and have no health issues. I will try harder tomorrow

Serena I'll be thinking of you tomorrow at 10:40 and hoping it goes quickly and smoothly, good luck hun

Another evening another scan in progress. I've done the ironing.

Nan is back home which is good news but evidentally it was a bit of a drama (it always is when Mum and Nan are together) so no doubt I'll get the full run down tomorrow.

Do you remember the wandering PJ'd toddler from last week? Well evidentally she had got out of bed and out of the house and the parents rang the police shortly after she was found, how horrible that moment must have been.

Boddy great news on your DD and I hope her progress continues especially with spring almost here. I hope your Mum enjoyed going out.
