Get all professional with him - tell him to stop messing about like a troll and give you the data/information. And snort a bit.
Mind you what do I know about men? But that's controlling behaviour (holding the info to 'ransom') and that in itself makes me uncomfortable as I am now old enough to know better...:o
ETA _ the daily threaders did point out that it was 1st March!;)
ho-hum - can't you just tell there is something I SHOULD be doing?:rolleyes:Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Valli - I can't be bothered to read the daily thread... have they noticed the error (and do you think they'll go for 30th Feb tomorrow?!)quote]
:rotfl: A few people have mentioned the date, especially as it's St David's Day today. The OP obviously doesn't have a calendar, altho I think they were posting at 3am, so perhaps we should forgive them.
Hugs Froddington

Triker, Magpie's cafe was the one I meant! It's well famous innit! When we went there we got in ok, cos we were early for lunch, but when we came out the queue for tables was out the door and down the road!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Does anyone on here understand men?
I'm afraid 'understanding men' is not part of my psyche or intelligence spectrum hun.
I would steer clear, I think, of flirtation through emails and would go with Valli's so eloquently put solution.
After all, you don't mix business with pleasure do you?

I'm in again this week.
Sorry about last week - I checked in then disappeared. Computer frazzeled on me:eek: After 7 hours of online supportfrom my anti virus supplier it still needed to go into the shop to have a complete re install:mad::mad::mad:
Anyway we have now been reunitedso I'm back. I may not be able to post much because I didn't get much done last week so I need to do each room to at least Level 2. See you later in the week:D

but we know you're a pu$$y cat :rotfl:
If I get this stressed about the possibility that someone might want me to go for a drink with them and it just might not be work related... then I think I'm better off keeping out of the dating jungle... Problem is, no one at work would believe for a minute that I'm shy and not at all confident in this kind of situation, as that's not how I am at work... ... I mean, I make full use of PMT and they don't notice... :rotfl: I don't think they've noticed a pattern to my behaviour, and even if they do, they probably assume it's based around financial month end and the need to deliver results to a deadline
One part of me is saying I should run away from it... another bit of me is saying that I've got to give it a chance at some point! Either way, I don't really think I can tell him to sod off via emailso I need to stay non-commital until I see him. Mind you, next time will be in the management meeting... that'll be good on AOB "I'd just like it to be minuted that I don't date colleagues, so please can you all be aware and NOT ask me out" :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: There's six of them, so it'd keep them guessing !

Welcome to Tiredmummy
Hugs to all who have flu, chucking up and other illnesses
Flylady and gents, I need your help. You may have seen this on the old thread, but if not, Pigpen has two large bags of wool she wants to get rid of. I want the wool. She can get it to Birmingham next weekend (Crufts) and I live in Guildford Surrey.
Can anyone either:
Keep it at their house til I can get to Birmingham to pick it up (4 days max)
or:
Help to transport it part of the way from Birmingham to Guildford
If we can get a train of flylaydees and gents to transport the wool it would be fab! Please help if you can!
