I rang nice n easy up as i used the new '10' one. The lady said you have to be very quick. From mixing it up you have a total time of 15 minutes before it cannibalises   and stops working. This i explained is bad as it says on the sheet leave on for 10 mins or for more grey (me) 15 mins. This takes approx 5-7 minutes to apply. They refunded me as it has just not covered my grey. I also re-coloured after a week and that is the same going to ring them again tomorrow.

    HTH

Thanks for that information ....please can you let me know what they say

Thanks Quillion! Its just hard switching off from it all on a sunday night however now have my feet soaking and relaxing with a vino!

I will wake up tomorrow ready for a week of fun with my kids and ready to face the associated work of cleaning and washing! Still I wouldn't change it for the world!

    ShillyShally, philb120 and betty_blue - welcome

I'm ok thanks Triker - was just a bit shocked and upset tbh. Her parents are both lovely and I got to know them well when she was in my class and have seen them around since.

Thanks again for all your messages.

Ah well, spose I should do a list for the week ...........

    Hi,
Please can I join in this week? My house is an absolute tip and if I could just do a little bit of the list then that would be a vast improvement!

:xmastree: Hello there pigpen- could I be added to the list please. Looking forward to this. The house is looking untidy so I really must take advantage of not being at work at the moment.
