Happy Anniversary to Lady Liberty and Restaholic
Lady Liberty, I am so sorry to hear the news, I have everything crossed for you and really hope that your tests will be all clear. xx
Frodders sorry to hear that very sad news, there seems to be some sudden and shocking deaths at the moment, I hope you are ok. xx
Pigpen stop procrastinating and go to the doctors, throw whatever you like, I'll not shurrup about it,:p you wouldn't if it were me!! *awaits excuse, insult, thrown mule*
Well Whitby was lovely, the house we stayed in was gorgeous, really welcoming atmosphere, I found a fossil :j and had a meal at the Magpie cafe (famous for fish and chips) and did a bit of 'flying' at the house to make sure my stuff didn't get scattered and the house was clean when we left.:D
Glad to be home, made tea and now got jimjams on and on here.
Before I drove home myself and a few of the girls went to Staithes to have a walk and a look round. Very clear that the recession is hitting these holiday villages hard as we saw 5 14 day notices on 5 seperate cottages in the village. I can only assume that these were holiday homes that have been re-possessed. They did have 'holiday let' signs on a few of them. Maybe some of the 'locals' will be able to afford to buy there now.
Whitby is the same whereby many of the characterful cottages and houses right in the harbour are all holiday lets.
Anyway I had a lovely time and will definately take OH and the girls up there for a day out or two. Nice to be home though and I came back to a tidy house and the girls had cleaned their bedrooms.:D

thanks pigpen and toots for the lists :T
:hello: new flypersons (Phil)
Really well actually, they're great and I do think they dry everything quickly by helping to circulate the air around the clothes.
Just on catch up so I'll be back later.:D
I fancy an online jigsaw puzzle.
sexymouse xx
i think you've mentioned online jigsaw the other day and ever since i am hooked(have you tried jigido.com yet?? )
I'm super tired today cos I keep having nightmares and waking up throughout the night, so will be having an early night tonight. So far I have nothing booked in work-wise tomorrow, so hoping I get a day off, as I need one after last week!
shame about the nightmares; hope you'll find the trigger and can end them.
i had a nightmare too last night: i've dreamt of being in PIGPENS house :eek:0 -
Can you use hair colouring even if you have mixed up the two bottles? I have some I mixed up and used 3 weeks ago still on the bathroom shelf [ I know , I should have cleared it but life is rather hectic!]. Its made up and hasn't exploded....could I still use it? Have anybody done that and not regretted it?
I'm in too

I rang nice n easy up as i used the new '10' one. The lady said you have to be very quick. From mixing it up you have a total time of 15 minutes before it cannibalises   and stops working. This i explained is bad as it says on the sheet leave on for 10 mins or for more grey (me) 15 mins. This takes approx 5-7 minutes to apply. They refunded me as it has just not covered my grey. I also re-coloured after a week and that is the same going to ring them again tomorrow.

Hi folks,
Had a good week last week stuck to meal plans, didn't spend much and got most of what I needed done! Unfortunately I'm finding I simply do not have time to do all my flying, plus laundry plus cooking from scratch. One always seems to not get finished properley most of time its the ironing I must admit!
I know I have a young baby and a toddler but the thought of having to add going back to uni in the summer into the equation is scary!!! I don't want to go backwards, any tips?x

ohhh thanks for this one! i was going to ask if anyone had some experience with them - i might invest in some now :T
I have them too. They're great. Apparently the new ones are pyramids and are supposed to be even better. Or you could just use old tennis balls which apparently do a similar job...i had a nightmare too last night: i've dreamt of being in PIGPENS house
Go on then... I've been meaning to ask... what's it like
Phil - don't worry, you're not the only bloke on the thread... Oddjob... you've got some company at last  bet you'll appreciate the support when all the man-bashing gets goingPenelope_Penguin wrote: »Should I change the date
Why don't we just see how long it takes them to work it out.
Triker - you're avatar is making me feel exhausted...
Pigpen - just go to the doctors, otherwise we'll have Triker shouting at you all week ... and probably a few others. Remember how we nagged you about the smoke alarm batteries? And what a good thing it was that we did...0
