I took a night cream back a few weeks ago, a gift from DH that I didn't want and had no problem exchanging it for something else. The night cream was completely sealed (peel off bit under the lid still intact).

I always worry about taking something back without a recepit so I either have it tightly wrapped up in my bag and it takes a while to unwrap at the til or go to the til NO7 counter which is just inside the door in my local stores and get it straight out there - maybe I'm overcautious but I don't want anyone to think I've stolen it.

Small glitch on .com I think. Hi! I have to agree with you about the lack of excitement in Cribbs today - couldn't see any reduced SELs for the things (dental stuff etc) that people have been finding in other stores. Wandered around in a bit of a daze wondering what I was supposed to be looking for - hopeless!

However, I did pick up a leaflet that other Bristol Bootsers might be interested in :

added 2 to my basket, came up at £4!
