Need A Break-I think im going to wait until the week end or monday of next week to buy some stuff for boots. I rather wait a bit longer and get 2 vouchers instead of just one perkie (that is if they are going to give new vouchers)

Hi i was just after some advice i ordered some clinique bits for my MIL for mothers day and finally today ive got the dispatch email but the free item is out of stock (it wasn't when i ordered) so im not getting it now, they charged my card on thursday but now her pressie doesn't look like much without the gwp set, is there anything i can do? thanks x

I'd phone customer services and explain. I've always found them to be very helpful, they may refund you something or suggest you send whole lot back for refund. Or you could suggest they add some points to your ac, then you could buy something additional instore for your MIL

I ordered slimfast the end of jan and are dated '07-09, maybe they sent choc ones cos they had run out of others, but there was no explanation and I was charged the same, hth, x

I usually find the 3 pack cream eggs by the tills at the top of the escalator. I was in on Thursday afternoon and there were only 2 packs then and my mum picked one of them up, my dads getting to a real cream egg fiend!
