went into my local today looking for bargains:D not been in there for a while and was surprised to find a couple of new clearance shelves. Downstairs they had the usual shelf with simple creams and lots of DNAge - the ones they further reduced the day after the winkies ended and obviously can't get rid of now:rotfl:
I found a shelf at the end of the bathing aisle with elle manicure creams reduced to £2, med hand cream, body wash and scrubs, reduced to £1 and £3.50, NC sponges, 75p
The clearance shelf upstairs had lots of suncreams and sunless tanning products. I couldn't resist the urge and bought some, despite buying loads yesterday in another store:o At this rate, I will have more fake tan lotions that david dickenson:rotfl:
piz buin self tan, 50p
hawaiian tropic sunkissed lip gloss, 50p, (but SA had to override till as it scanned at £5.85)
johnsons 1 day sun lotion, 50p
banana boat tanning oil, 50p
johnsons kids sun lotion, 50p
piz buin self tan mousse, 50p
I also saw some nivea too, but left them (think they might be bogof)
I bought a couple sandwiches reduced to 75p to make it up to a £5 spend. But the SA 'forgot' to give me a perkie:rolleyes: I went back and asked for it:D
Is it me, or is bootsing a tad boring at the moment? I really miss the P&P glitch. I loved that one:j I've even written a poem about it. Don't worry SS, it's nowhere near as good as any of yours;)
perkie, winkie and P&P
was the bestest glitch for me
I hand over my vouchers
with a big smile:D
then grab my goodies
and run a mile:eek:
shaking like a leaf
as I head for the door
hmm, I think I will go back
and try that once more;)
thank you Mr B
you are generous and kind
thanks also to the folk
whose vouchers I find;)
here's hoping the next glitch
will be as good as the last
I so love bootsing
it's such a blast:)0 -
Ive not been bootsing for two days so nothing exciting to report but Ive just completed the survey I was given on Friday and realised it must have been kept from a previous customer as the time on it is 40 mins before my receipt! Ive still given her a glowing report because my sa was lovely but its a bit naughty to keep them and only give them to customers you deem worthy of getting them. They did say they'd had two winners from that store too but no such luck for me.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0

I also keep some next to my bed incase DH keeps me awake with his loud snoring (which he often does:rolleyes: )they only cost £2.15 and they work really well. I don't like the spongy ones. they don't work for me at all.*Jelly_Tots* wrote: »Oooh - can I just ask - what are these like to use ? They always sounded like they would melt and go all squishy, with being 'wax'. Are they good and easy to put in ? Also, are they better at blocking the sound out than the foam ones ?
Hiya:) I've tried loads of different ear plugs and the muffles are the best in my opinion. They work well for me anyway and completely block out any noise (the foam ones do nothing for me). You have to mold them into shape before inserting them into your ears. HTH:D0 -
Managed to get the cute little lunch bag in Boots yesterday, and also saw the reuseable carrier bags too, but didn't get one of those as didn't need it at the time. Still got loads of perkies to use, don't know what to get!!!! I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?0
