I went to the cinema for a free viewing of Marley and Me this morning and popped into St Phillips Marsh, Bristol Boots. I was only going in for some throat sweets as still feeling terrible and can't shake the cold off. Managed to get 2 Boots mags and 1 mini Extracts. Had a look round and nothing of any big interest. There were a few of the ginger bath soaks in the jar reduced, some of the aromatherapy cream and massage oil with reduced SEL and some NC bits. There was also a very small clearance shelf but nothing of any interest here apart from some Botanics Men's moisturiser for £1.22, there are some tights and stockings reduced on the SEL also but all around £2. I didn't see any GWP's of any sort there. Not worth a special visit!!!

looks like I'm going to have to find myself a new hobby soon if Mr B stops us using vouchers against clearance items. He wants us to spend money earning them and spend money when redeeming them. I don't think so!

    Well said, Sally06!!:T

I have recently completed a boots survery on bootscare, I have never won so I thought that I would click on previous winners just to see wherabouts was the lucky spot, quite naively I thought that this 'prize draw' would be just for UK entrants ( don't know why just the impression I got:o ) However when I did click on to previous winners they were also from Canada and USA, so no wonder we never heard of anyone winning the £1000 or the ipod!

Hi AM and all :) A lovely SA thinks that East Yorkshire will be next on the list of winners. I'm not sure how she came to that conclusion :D lol, but she mentioned the winners in Grimsby (again), but also winners in Brigg, and Leeds :) So I'll be filling mine in ;)

They are very good. The secret is to cut them in half and that makes 2 good sizes earplugs. My OH used these for years when he worked shift. My DS went travelling around the world when he was 19 and stayed in Bangkok the 1st night and used these earplugs. However he cut them too small and one became jammed in his ear. So he had to go to hospital to have it removed with tweezers. Luckily he did not tell me this story until he came home as I panicked enough about him travelling on his own! I buy earplugs from and online company and for about £7.00 you get about 50 pairs. I will try to find the site address and post it later
Oh yes please - that would be great !icon7.gif

Anyone else getting the one like mine or the one in the pic?

The same as yours Classy_Chick from the sounds of it - loose sponge and a bigger looking foundation. Can't say that I'm over-keen on the loose sponge though - or the fact it wasn't in any sort of cover  hth
