  • Need a Break: I have been jotting down a few words next to peeps names, and I've got written down next to your "flowers". But for the life of me I can't remember why!!! Did you buy some/plant some/get some or was it to do with Boots bags with flowers on? So sorry, but whatever it was, I obviously thought I should send you some love - so that's what I'm doing! xx

    xx
Thanks for the love, you can never have too much imho, its was two of my lovely neighbours brought me round a flowering basket for being kind:o, i just really like them and so try and include them in my life , especially as both are widowded and live on their own. I am a great beliver in karma and to be fair its like having two great mums on tap:D.

  • If people are still looking for the Sanctuary travel sets there are still alot left in Watford Harlequin, they are £3.00 I think others have got them cheaper but not too bad if you desperately want them - there is also other Sanctuary stuff on the clearance stand, the larger orange top to toe pamper bag £9.?? and a smaller green mesh bag can't remember what that one is though. They had alot of stuff on the clearance today, including quite a bit of No7. They also have alot of the Gillette putting sets if people are still looking for those

  • Hi everyone,

Went away last weekend and have been catching up on the thread since last Sunday!!! You lot can't half gossip!

I've not been to Boots for over a week so may venture in tomorrow if I can get out of cooking Sunday lunch. Oh how I love spending the day cooking and washing up!!!

Has anyone seen any decent bargains in Leicester Gallowtree Gate branch please? :)

On my catch-up I noticed some peeps saying how products they want to buy have been tested/opened/wrecked, well get on this one – I was in Morrisons today and a woman took the lid off some spray vegetable oil, sprayed it in her mouth, made a face and then put it back!!   I was gobsmacked, I should have said something but I was lost for words. Sorry for the complete off topic.

The Ramsgate No 7 counter had old mens gwps for £6.40 so £1.40 with perkie today. They were a black zip-up washbag with various minis and an (out of date) points voucher (not the xmas gwp - must be one from a while ago as I didn't recognise it).

Also for the same price were a few No7 black purses containing a compact mirror and eyeshadow and retractible blusher brush, again a bargain for £1.40 when using a perkie!

JoJob- you just reminded me the St Enochs Centre had black bags on the No7 counter and i overheard a woman asking what they were and the No7 SA said they were bags they were selling for £6.50. Completely forgot to check as was on my way downstairs at the time what was in them (saw the lady emptying bits from them), could they be used with a perkie etc-but may help someone else...xx

edit-these were def ladies bags tho-black shiny clutch type things-jog any memories from you old timers? :D

urghh , why would anyone want to taste veg oil. If she was going to grab a free taste of something she should at least have gone for squirty cream or similar to make it worth while :D
now has her .com delivery but doesnt know where to put it :o

The contents look more like the 2nd item, as does the shape of the compact, but it is a cream foundation,
not a pressed powder that you need to look out for. It is called Stay Perfect Foundation Compact.
It comes in the colours listed on line, but has more foundation and a bigger make up sponge than the one on .com. HTH. :)
