Passion8, I would contact HDN and give them the reference number off your order on .com

They will put it in their pc and bring up the parcel's history. They can tell you exactly where it has been and where it is now, dates, times etc. Ask them to send you a copy too

I have had an ongoing dispute since October 08 and HDN have been excellent, they sent me a print out of my parcel's travels. It should have it's own passport :rolleyes:

Then ring Boot's if necessary giving them the info from HDN (you should then know if you need refund/replacement etc)

Passion if you are out shopping tomorrow pop into store where parcel due to be delivered it may be there and they haven't let you know.

If not I would ring Customer Services.

That is one think I don't have to worry about Mr Rubes joining the board thank goodness:rolleyes:

I doubt it. I think its so he can complain that the house is overflowing with my stash :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Mind you he does enjoy seeing what I have bought and hearing how little it cost.

If this helps anyone, was in Stafford store today and they had a load of No7 stuff reduced. I'm a bloke so didn't pay too much attention, but they had some bronzing lotion thingy down to 2.95 and other makeup stuff. It was all in a No7 cardboard display, by the queue next to the sandwich and drinks. Must be worth something to someone to get a load of cheap stuff. £5 off and free gift........????
