Got my mag today, still waiting for the tool kit

Got my mag yesterday, but no toolkit >:( I gave them a ring and told the lady over the phone that I had taken up a subscription and was now waiting for my free gift of a 26 piece tool kit. She punched some details in and then told me I would recieve it within the next 28 days. So I would say to all those who have recieved your magazine but no tool kit give them a ring and query it. Because like mine they may not have even sent it.

Got the toolkit today (Rolson Make), does not look as cheap as some have made out. Although having said that i've yet to open it

Not got the mag yet.

like i said before i queried it with them by email and was promised it but it stilldidnt come so i cancelled the subscription .. was only after the freebie toolkit anyway and if that wasnt coming as promised then i didnt want the mag

Ive just give Dennis Publications a ring and they have told me that they are clean out of stock of the toolkit and they dont think they will be expecting anymore!!

Looks like those who havent had the toolkit yet wont be gerrin it after all....

i havent received mine yet... i signed up on 1st October......... I wont be happy if I dont receive it, seeing as people who registered after me, have got theirs already....... where's me toys gone now......

I signed up on the same day. Have received the magzine but not the toolkit. I rang them today and a lady told me it should be on its way.

I just wonder what if Royal Mail lose it????

My brother and I "subscribed" about 3 or 4 weeks ago. We both received the first mag a few weeks ago, but only I received the toolkit (within a week). I've already found the toolkit to be really useful (fixing the kid's toys etc).

What do we have to do to terminate the subscription - Just cancel the DD or write them a letter?

Just rang them again to query my toolkit, 08451260386 and was told that one was requested for me on the 18th October but the chap has just requested another to hurry it along, who know's maybe I'll get two toolkits for having to wait so bloody long!

good luck, im still waiting for my second ordered one, due to first one not arriving.......!
