I must say that I recieved my toolkit a while ago with no sign of any mags for weeks after. Just this week I got the new issue of PC Pro & am well impressed. So much so that I may carry on my subscription with them, its a very good read.

i cancelled my order with them by cancelling the direct debit.. that was weeks ago and guess what the tool kit has come lol.. mind you only taken abt 8 weeks

I've had two mags off them, no toolkit. Cancelled the DD as the money has already been taken.

Have to be honest here. If the tool kit arrives--great.
If not,I still find three mags for a £1 a great deal. Tend to juggle around between the wife and myself to keep them arriving on the doorstep.

I submitted my request in mid-october. After a couple of weeks received a thankyou letter saying my first issue would be sent in November. Toolkit arrived a few days later - not bad quality. First mag duly arrived mid-November.

No complaints here.

i ordered my mad too in oct, got tool kit a few weeks later. customer service is good, usually get an email reply within 2 days. cacenlled with no probs
