    i cancelled my direct debit as i was annoyed at not getting the tool kit and i ordered it on day one of the thread being posted. i got the first mag anyway didnt bother to open it...

    I've received my mag two weeks ago and they have also taken the money from my account. But NO toolkit!!! The lady on the phone insisted it was on its way. But I believe it has been lost somewhere. >:(

    it's starting to sound very suspicious. I've had two sent according to them. Neither has turned up. I reckon they're just making it up and have no idea if they've sent it or not.

    Telephoned PC Pro today and they said they are requesting a Tool kit manually to the warehouse- whatever that means!!! They assured that I would receive it.....anyone else had any joy?
