    Morning

tierd LO is waking me up every night at the moment and then the cat wakes me and she sleeps on so thought would get some comps done

can't go swimming as me and LO have upset tummies (that is why she wakes me each night enough said)

    stuggling with diet too

think I will digg or something later didn't go to the gym yesterday like I normally do so no extra points earned:eek:

    bucks,

i am struggling with diet too,

my depression(yes i am depressed at the moment) is causing my eating probs again,
hence thats why I decided not to go to bluewater with my sisters looking for bridesmaid dresses for beth and my niece, because it will be my outfit and I am not in the right piece of mind for that at the moment.

I have a fun fill day for myself, a bit of shopping, cleaning and pta stuff but most important comping
no one around to pick up after, etc until 3.30
satc film has just finished, got time to watch another before beth is pick up so running off the dvd box (yes I know where that one is) to find another.

    Morning everyone :j

Went to bed at 12.30am, woke up at 6am  wasn't having any of that on my day off :rotfl: managed to get back to sleep, woke up in daylight so thought YAY I've slept in :j but alas no, it was 7.20am :rotfl: still not having any of it, I managed to get back to sleep again and woke up at 8.38am and gave in and got up :rotfl:

Found 3 wees and 5 poos of Izzy  but all is forgiven because Izzy just wee'd in the Garden!!!! :j:j:j:j :T:T:T:T:T

Anyhoo ... moving on ... how is everyone today? The sun is shining here so going into the small garden (the one the dogs go in) to tidy up
[strike]pick up poop[/strike] and secure the fence so Izzy can go outside unattended whilst I have the week off (and hopefully do lots more "business" in the garden :D) as I've got LOTS to do in the house this week The big garden can wait :rotfl:

  • I am trying out the slow cooker at a much lower capacity: 4 chicken thighs, 1 jar of red wine and herbs ragu, 1 tin of drained butterbeans and 1 tin of ratatouille; I'm going to make my own root veg mash to go with it and I think it'll make 2 generous meals. I had to throw the rest of the game stew out. It was beyond nasty.

Morning all, a lovely day here in the garden of England too. Plans for today? Trying to re-laquer the areas of my car bonnet where the b****y seagulls poo has taken the shine off. T-Cut just won't cut it (see what I diid there?) as it's taken the whole layer off, what the heck do those birds eat?

Back later hopefully, love and luck to everyone.

Barnabysue! What is that book you recommended? I had it in my mind all week, went to Tesco last night, went to the books section and my mind went blank and the title hasn't returned! :rotfl:

    Morning all.

Well my one day weekend has well and truly started. Only got a three day week at work though so I've got that to look forward to. And it's only 20 more sleeps to my holiday!! :):):):)

Really sorry but no time to read back all your chats from yesterday. I'm not doing very well at keeping up with the inn at the moment, sorry, or comps for that matter - I normally enter as they are posted so I'm up to date each day, but as I've not entered any since Tuesday I think I'm about 50 pages behind!!! :( Haven't got time to do those properly so just skimming through for the ones that really hit me and I'll give the rest up. Could do with a good win to get me motivated.

It's lovely outside here - going for a run in a bit (aim to leave around 11am as that is the start time of the actual road race). Only two weeks to go now and my training/diet is not going well - I started off great but have just slipped back into lazy mode. :(

Anyway, I hope everyone is well - I will try and do better and keep up this week.
Life is all about the journey.
