Off to get dressed now and go for a run. Gonna do the full 10k again... last week was 1 hour 8 mins, so this week I want to do it faster. My goal is 1 hour, I really don't know if that is even possible for me (fastest ever is 1 hour 4 mins) especially as my fitness has gone down over the last few weeks rather than up. Hope I can do it, I could do with something to cheer me up about my body.Life is all about the journey.0 -
You didn't try & charge postage on something that has to be free did you PMS? I haven't listed anything since before Christmas but I know they were changing it so DVDs & some other things had to be free postage

Well I ran. But because I'm rubbish and have no willpower at all I only went once around the block, so only 3 miles. Now I'm sat here in tears. If I had just carried on. I'd talked myself out of doing the full distance within the first 10 mins running. Totally rubbish. How can I expect to do anything well if I can't persuade myself to keep running?! Off for a shower.Life is all about the journey.0
