I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • My mum used to make a really gooey thing with rice krispies, butter, chopped dates, golden syrup and soft brown sugar - I used to take a slab of it to guide camp, no need for any other food it was probably your daily calorie requirements in one piece :D

The melted mars bar idea is excellent. We go to a little cafe in North Yorkshire and they told us that is what they use for their rice crispie cakes, and we've used that ever since.

We used to make mars bar cakes with 3oz marg, rice crispies and 3 mars bars - all melted and mixed together and then topped with 3oz melted chocolate! No wonder I am not stick thin! They were lovely though x
