Nope, but just wanted to say make some for me, I never get sick of them! Yummy
Can you make them for friends/family/school etc?0 -
Have you made them with white chocolate?
I'm sure there is something else I used to do with them, you've got me thinking now.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

In our house the rules are simple....pick a cereal, but you can't have another until the box is finished.

Love to my two angels that I will never forget.0 -
have you tried mixing them with marshmallows as well as the chocolate. also, i've been known to bash mine in a sandwich bag with a rolling pin for a cruchy topping for cottage pies etc. i like them in rice pudding with jam in too, but that could well just be me.£2 saver club 30th sept 198 £2 coins = £396(£350 banked)0

My daughters favourites are rice crispy squares-she's 20 and I have to send a tin full back to uni each term!
Melt 4oz butter, 4oz marshmallows, 4oz toffees over low heat then add 4-6oz rice crispies. Put in tin-leave to set before cutting up0 -
You can also crush them, mix them with melted butter and some sugar, and press them into a pie pan for a "no-bake" pie case.

I have a recipe for 'nutty' meringues (with no nuts...) which I think should be in the recipe thread... I'll have a look..
Here it is:

This is probably no help at all because I can't remember the recipe!
I used to make a kind of cereal/flapjack bar based on an Annabel Karmel recipe.
It had rice krispies in,and oats, sunflower seeds, dried apricots, golden syrup and white choc. Was very sickly but kids loved it.It didn't need baking, you melted the choc and syrup,oh,and some butter too, together then mixed in the dry ingredients and let it set in the fridge.
Hope that's of some help0
