Thank-you, it does seem really quiet. I saw my mum this morning for coffee which was lovely. Anyway, I guess I better put in some time on the comps:D.

Hello all

I have missed you all........... Sorry since posting the news of Daisy's arrival I have been into hospital twice, first time with suspected infection of the womb was given antibiotics to clear it which I took religiously but then the combination of different antibiotics made me really ill so I ended back up in the hospital of doom on various drips until I felt better. So Daisy and mummy havent had many cuddles. Came home yesterday morning and planning on staying home now.

Sorry but DH wont let me post a pic of Daisy but she is a beautiful girl with alot of dark hair like her dad.

Will catch up soon with all the gossip (I know it will take me ages)

Morning all!

I have finally managed to catch up with the thread :j You all talk SOOOOO much!!

I have decided that I am going to be a very sneaky girl and put Daisys pic as my avator (?) pic cos that doesnt count as posting a real pic does it?! :rolleyes:
But sshhhh mustnt tell DH!

Will have to take one first! DH and Daisy are in bed at the min, its a hard choice either have her screaming in her crib or put her in bed with us. Hmmmm when you're tired definalty in with us. She just lies there and looks at you - she is soooooo beautiful! I feel like I've missed out on so much cos havent been able to hold her cos I've been poorly, really making up for it now.

Good news!!! I have my 1st real paid for cupcake order!!!! Woo hoo it's for a kids birthday party. Plus quite a few people have been spreading work of mouth and a couple the OH works with (who came over fri night for OH birthday) have said they want me to do there wedding

Even though i have said i am not setting up my business properly until debts are gone as cannot possibly leave my job yet i am going to do what i can on the side.

This month i'm going to register my company name and domain name so i have those at least. I'm a happy bunny:j

Hi All,

It was such a beautiful weekend wasn't it, we had a very money saving weekend, my OH and I took my Nephew to the park for a picnic and yesterday as a mothers day preasent we spend the whole day doing my parents garden (mowing the lawn, weeds etc).

Blondie - I think until you are working again I would not make any decisions about you and Sparky. My OH and I are very happy together but when he was out of work our relationahip was very strained. I think once you are back at work full time you need to have some fun together, with no worrying about money. Maybe book a cheap weekend away or something. Then if things have still not changed make some decisons x

I love all the cat pictures, I will post some of my dog-cat tonight.

Morning!!!!

I LOVE all the cat pics!!!!!! I took a really funny one of Marmite this weekend which i will post today.

So how was your weekend?? I had a busy one for once so couldnt log on. On Saturday i went shopping with my sis and my nephews, we went into Primark and i got a great pair of linen trousers for £7.80! BARGAIN!

At one point my little nephew wanted an ice cream, so my sister got him one and also got one for herself, i was good and didnt have one!! :j :j :j

On Sunday i went to see my mum, then we went for a meal at the Hungry Horse pub. Very nice although the service was VERY SLOW, we had to wait 50 mins for our main meal to come out! By that time i was starving and had started to chew the table leg. Have to confess i did have a dessert but i had a very small one!

Felt a little bit poo at the meal as my sister had invited her OH's family too and all they kept going on at me about is the recession and how i should take any job etc. I kept telling them i would take any job but that didnt stop them taking AT me, not TO me. :mad: My mum could tell i was getting upset at one point and she tried to make me feel better about it but i cant help thinking people think im being stubborn and not trying hard enough.

Ive got a bit of a crap day ahead, going to the P office, then i have to ring all my creditors and tell them they can only have token payments until i get a job. I am NOT looking forward to it!!!
