Ooh yes please - just think, when Blondie comes back on - she will have all the brill cat pictures!0 -
Here we go. This one's a bit big I think but you have to see Phillip's (the big one's) tongue and eyes, that is what makes me laugh. He's loving it! And the way they have their arms around each other...ahhhh
Blondie will have a field day with all our photos. Hopefully we'll get some of Marmite0 -

Well I have just read the entire thread! Well done on keeping your spirits up. I lose my job soon - my biggest worry is less the money but more about getting down and going insane from being stuck at home! I agree with the others your writing style is very entertaining - keep it up!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I always wanted a cat when I was growing up as I wanted it to sleep on my bed at night, but we had a dog. So it was a no go!
I used to sing a song to my mum and dad to try and get them to let me have a cat. It went 'everybody wants to own a cat' to the tune of 'everybody wants to rule the world' by that group that sang that song back in the 80's. (Ok I can't remember who thay were!) Anyways, I must have really annoyed the pants of my mum and dad!
And now I have a cat he DOES sleep on my bed- and sometimes that's not as cute as it sounded all those years ago. Like when he wakes me up taking all my underwear out of the drawers (seriously, a cat opening drawers and rummaging is seriously noisy:rotfl: )
Tears for Fears!! I have a really strong image of a kid in typical 80's garb (t-shirt with tassels cut out of it, big puffy side ponytail and white shoes...or was that just me??) belting that song out to her long suffering parents. That's brilliant! :TSealed Pot Challenge 2009 # 650 (target £150)Long Haul Supporters # 158 debt free 2014Member of the Blondettes :beer:Debt Free Date: doesn't bear thinking about!0 -

) It would have been better if it had worked
