  • Thats awful! Why do people think they can get away with behaving like that?? I agree with what Rosered said about speaking to your council. It just makes you so cross tho doesnt it? The rest of us have to behave like decent human beings.

I am enjoying reading your diary tho... keeps me entertained while I'm stuck at home waiting for this baby to arrive

    xx
  • Thanks for your advice, really appreciate it!

I am going to call the council when they have gone, you are right, the first man was CRAZY and its not fair. I have seen the signs with names on so i think i should easily be able to get company names etc.

It really does make you think about how mad this world has become, i know i may sound like an old biddy saying that but its true. How can people live like that and just threaten others with no guilt or shame about it!! Madness. My nan used to threaten us with washing our mouths out with soap if we ever misbehaved...i cant look at a bar of Dove soap now without wanting to vomit.

Loopylou- a baby!! yay!!! have have 2 sister, one of them had 9, yes 9 children and the other has got 2. I dont have any but plan to one day! Is it your first??

Poodle - good luck with the interview! When is it??????? Very exciting!!!!

Well today i have been to the post office and sent the last of my ebay items, i have nothing left to sell now! LOL. Except maybe the weird flea collar i brought! LOL. I got marmite another one from Pets at Home, hes not going crazy so fingers crosses he wont go bald. Must say it was shatter the last of my nerves to wake up one morning and see a bald cat next to me!

I am going to call the USELESS recruitment agent now, and if hes not helpful im on the phone to his boss. Im not in a good mood today so he better watch out today as im on the war path. (note to self - google war path..what is it???)

    Be back soon.

Sooo need a orgy hug right now. :rotfl: :D

Blondie - good luck with the recruitment agency.

I am having a bad day so will appreciate some time reading the Chief Blonde and Blondie members' amusing chat. I have found out that I have fibroids which I need an op for. Worse than that, my best friend, who has no family at all, has been told that she only has 3 months to live with inoperable cancer! Now I know why I am unemployed - so that I can look after her the best I can. Everything happens for a reason! I am going to sign off JSA so I can do what I want. I can't apply for jobs until my op is out of the way. Might do a bit of cleaning to make some money as well :(

*hugs* that's so sad about your friend. And about your op too. What a day!
  • THE RECRUITMENT AGENT ISNT IN TODAY!!! ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

So I have sent him an email telling him to call me ASAP. If i lose this job because of him i will scream. Very loud. In his ear. Repeatedly. Till he goes deaf.

Rosered - orgy hug all round.
Are you in pain with the fibroids? Do you know when they can book you in for surgery? Oh crumbs.
Your are doing the kindest thing in the world by looking after your friend. Everything does happen for a reason, so helping her is the right thing to do. If you need any emotional support dont hesitate to call on us here.
Cleaning would be great as you can fit it in when it suits you. I just printed some flyers and and put notices in shop windows. Its grubby work but its money.

I really feel for you right now, life seems so hard sometimes. In fact too hard, if your anything like me you look at other people and think how can they seem to be coping and things working out so well when it never happens to me!

There have been times when i have honestly thought 'whats the point anymore', I am not a person who would consider suicide (too chicken) but i almost gave up hope.

Id like to think that the ones that suffer one day have luck given to them, a kind of Ying and Yang of the luck world. So everyone has their fair share! So this means, that one day, we might, just might, with all our bad luck, then win the Euromillions! so fear not Rosered, one day we will have ALL the luck!

*sighs and thinks of all the liposuction i could buy with a Euromillions rollover jackpot*

HI Laura - thank you xxx

Hi Blondie - you are right, and that's a good idea about the flyers to get some cleaning work. There are plenty of well off people here in the sticks who might need me to do their ironing or cleaning (or gardening - argh - I'm too fat for that!)

Re the fibroids - I had never heard of fibroids. I have had serious pain etc at the time of the month for about 5 years. Younghusband persuaded me to go to the doctor (glad he did). I don't know when my op will be, but want to get it out of the way before i start a new job. Thanks for your kind words. I love this thread. Some of the other threads on MSE forum have some quite rude (but probably well meaning) people on them. The last thing people need when they are short of money is to have rude people posting about their problem! So I will enjoy your thread and not be a misery on here. XXX :)

  • Rosered - sorry to hear about your problems. And how awful for your friend... what a horrible day for you. Sending hugs your way....

Blondie - Yep tis my first baby, I'm the eldest of 7 and I thought that was unusual but 9  What is the age range of your sisters children? In our family I'm 22 and the youngest is 5! So BIG gap!

There is alot of bad news everywhere at the minute, I think it helps to look on 'the bright side' (when you can see it) :o and I try not to listen too much to the news cos it just seems to be doom and gloom

    xx
