Hi Rosered - just wanted to send you a big hug (still can't bring myself to use the icon!). So sorry that you are going through such a rough time - and your poor friend too. x

    Thank you Rupe x
  • Hello all - am completely new to this whole thing, but have been reading this thread over the last couple of days and parts of it have really made me laugh out loud. Not conviced i'll even bother posting elsewhere as some of the other threads seem a bit intense, but this thread stands out as being really friendly...even though people posting here are going through some truly tough times.

Anyway - won't talk too much more, but can't sign off withouth mentioning two things:

    1. The whole Jeremy Kyle/Noel Edmonds issue...what is that about?!?! Can't see it at all myself!! But, if Christian Bale (with or without 'Batman' gear) ever wants to introduce me to his sofa...

2.Those smiley/jumping faces in the threesome pose...how blatantly shady are they?!?

    Take care people x

And welcome to the forums sparklykarma :)
  • Hi Blondie
Sorry to hear about your altercation last night and glad to hear you and Sparky are ok. Good luck when you finally contact the council about thier behaviour it is absolutely shocking. Any other job, especially with a manager around would have been sacked on the spot for what they did to you.
Again, glad to hear you are both ok and I hope you manage to get in touch with your recruitment agent soon
    Take care
    X

OMG Blondie how awful  Hope you're feeling better, but I can understand you'll be shaken after that and will probably last a few days.

I don't feel particularly OK about the money, no. Don't want to post SOA in a new thread because I've noticed some people being less than kind and right now any bad coments will send me over the edge. I feel my husband doesn't see how truly in the sh*t we are, or maybe he's trying to pretend everything's ok for my sake. Or maybe *I* am overreacting?! I don't know, looking at our finances I don't think I am.

We are doing a little loan/CC shuffle, so once that's done I'll show you more or less what things are like. Maybe some of you can help. If you don't mind.

Rosered - how are things today? You ok? Had to confess i didnt have a clue what fibroids were. Take things easy. Hugs for your friend xx

Welcome Sparkly Karma!! Now Christina Bale in rubber *ahem* is a very good thought for the morning. Martin lewis can be robin. :rotfl:

I hope everyone is ok today. Its Sparky's birthday today, hes at work right now and then we are going out tonite to see We Will Rock You. Last night i brought a cake and covered it in melted chocolate and sweets! And YES i licked the bowl. :D I have to say it was one of the most yummy things i have ever tasted. 2 slabs of dairy milk, 1 snickers bar, 1 mars bar and some milk. :T :T

Anyhoo, today Im staying in, practicing writing marketing plans for my interview tomorrow as they are going to test me??!! ekk

Bad news too, i heard from the STUPID recruitment agent this morning and the other company have had an internal member of staff apply for the role so they have to interview them and will let us know tomorrow or Monday. Lets face it they are going to go with the cheaper option of someone internal arent they? Feel very down about it. Really wanted that job. BOOOO

Being unemployed has been an emotional rollercoaster for me, at times i have thought i have been going mad. You have an UP day then a few DOWN days...grrr

Im going to try to have a positive day today. I want to cheer everyone (inc myself up)!! *NATIONAL SMILE BECAUSE WE'RE SEXY (:j ) DAY*

So chin up, boobs out, bum in.

    Smile till your face hurts. !!:T :T :j :j :j
