Hi Red - how kind of you! 45 must seem ancient to you young waiflets! Unfortunately, I can't see your photo as I am not on facebook. I have signed up, and am waiting to hear!0 -
Blondie! That interview, and the interviewer, sounds very promising - wouldn't that be great! I think you might get it!0

MNICatherine, I LOVE cheese and marmite on toast too! Beans on toast with MARMITE ON THE TOAST is uber as well! Yumorama.
Blondie that is fab news!! Well done you!! Crossing everything for good news on Friday (except the forums are down so we won't hear until Monday...SCREEEEEEAM!). *grabs paper bag to breathe into*
Daisy am loving the idea of you spending years perfecting the art of channel changing while your OH naps! You're a channel-changing ninja now!
Rosered - am not sure 30 can be described as a 'waiflet' really! I am so ordering a job lot of Minerals products. Seriously, you look amazing. Obviously a combination of country air, a young hot husband and chucking your wet underwear at tractors for sport is doing you the power of good!

Ah thanks! Yeah people keep telling me that about being 30 but I haven't felt it yet. I'm still clinging onto 29 with my fingertips wailing 'Noooooooooo!'
When I turned 30 last year I made everyone call it the 'first anniversary of my 29th birthday'. That is sadly, true.Sealed Pot Challenge 2009 # 650 (target £150)Long Haul Supporters # 158 debt free 2014Member of the Blondettes :beer:Debt Free Date: doesn't bear thinking about!0 -
Hi Ruby. I stopped counting after 29. I still think I am 29 because 45 is ridiculous.0

Yeah, you're right! What's the !!!!!!!' point of carrying on with the counting after 29? It only upsets us. I'm all for sticking! :j (that's me doing star jumps to try and remain vaguely youthful).Sealed Pot Challenge 2009 # 650 (target £150)Long Haul Supporters # 158 debt free 2014Member of the Blondettes :beer:Debt Free Date: doesn't bear thinking about!0 -
Yay for good interview blondie:T :T at my last interview last year the boss told me that he had three other people to interview, but then rang me the next day and said he had rung all the others and said not to bother  (bad for them though, obviously:o )
And as for the guy interviewing you.. he was obviously stunned by your amazing good looks (it does help, sometimes. I once got a job based entirely on the fact that I happened to be wearing a low-ish cut top with my suit the day of the interview, never mind that I had experience:o :rotfl: )
So fingers crossed for Friday!0
