Thanks for the cupcake comments!! Glad you like them as i'm starting business selling them!!!:D It's always been my dream.

Yes all the decs are edible, i get my glitter form a company called splat cooking, i also did a cupcake workshop there, they are fab. I used to buy in the roses and fowers but a si can make them now myself saves on cost!!!

I'm going to be selling for all occassions and did my 1st birthday party one last week!! And already have a wedding lined up:j :j

My friends love it when it's their birthday as they obviously get them!!! Right i'm off to decorate cupcakes- Mum's birthday today!!!!

I'm off work on annual leave until Monday yay!!! and it's my birthday tomorrow:D but 25:mad:

We were all told we were "at risk" last month so I have cut back on my spending loads already. I have about 200 quid spare a month atm so I'm paying off my credit card (that will be done next month :j ) then putting the extra money into a savings account. I've changed from shopping at Tesco to Asda which saves a lot of money and I'm teaching myself how to cook food from scratch which hopefully will save more money!

I'm only 22 as well! I should be getting into debt buying clothes and shoes but noooo I chose 'domestic bliss' instead. Never mind eh :rolleyes:

The internet has been down at work for ONE WHOLE HOUR! I was nearly fitting that I wouldn't be able to catch up with the thread and look at those lovely cupcake pictures again

Rosered - I think there was a mosquito in our house the other day, I set the cats on it...then felt a bit guilty in case it bit them haha

Sorry to hear about the job Catherine, mines is ok for now but I lost the agency guy who was working with me and he was fab! And it ain't like we're not busy, still can't understand why he went (and on Xmas Eve too, poor guy)!

Blondie, interview sounded fab, think that is a really good sign when you've impressed them enough to meet the MD (if he hadn't been on a call)!

Rosered, if you can find a good mosquito repellent, let me know cos I swell up like there is no tomorrow when I get bitten, ended up in a wheelchair once due to the 50 bites on my leg :eek:

DH had his first day back to work on Monday to be given his notice!! He has four weeks. He has decided to go self employed and go out on his own (he's a carpenter/general builder) so we've had fun and games thinking of a name and I've got to phone around a few places later to get some prices to get leaflets printed. Then I think me and Daisy will be leaflet dropping!

I'm not going to worry about it cos it doesnt change anything just gets me stressed and worried and ill and dont need that with a baby..... At least he's got 4 weeks to get everything ready. Quite luckily cos I work for an accountants so I know a few people who's brains I can pick, and if the worst came to the worst I could go back to work early nnnoooooooo!!

For all of you who are prone to mozzie bites, my Mum swears by Marmite(good news for some of you:rolleyes: ) apparently theres something in it that they hate. The little blighters used to feast on my Mum and they don't touch her now, luckily she's a bit weird and likes Marmite(the food not blondies cat, although I'm sure she'd like him too but not to eat, I hope!:D )
