Hi
Got v171 r & r today no probs but couldn't really understand as front of leaflet said £10 off motorola phones over £50 and this was originally priced at less than £500 -
spak2k - don't be baited by idiots, trust me they embarrass them selves with their comments - shame some people can't be permantly banned from the thread - anyway, keep posting, your inside information is really useful.:rotfl:Red Hot by name, Red hot by nature. :rotfl:0

Hi All
Can i first say i used to enjoy comming onto this thread just to really see the gossip, but not been on it for wee while cos of some the posts now.
Anyway just got a big shop delivered and loads of items missing, have just called tesco to be informed " we will just refund the missing items" seems a bit weird as i get my shop delivered for the convenience ( certainly nothing to do with all the points i can collect online) anyway does this not defeat the purpose of me getting it delivered , i did say " oh that means that i will need to go to tesco to get them " but he did not answer
Is this the normal policy cos i know asda used to send them out right away0 -
cheepskate - although not the right thread for it, I had the same experience.... 4 tubs of sour cream totally missing from order but charged for... only noticed 4 days later (SWMBO unpacked shopping!) when went to use some for dinner, phoned up and they refunded the <£2 they cost me, but I had to go out and buy it myself.Shuffle up and deal!0

Starange they only misprint their prices! Their phone number and telling us they have reduced 1000s of prices every week never gets "misprinted".
What do they take us all for. MISPRINTS.....I ask you.0 -

I've used the home shopping a couple of times and its either been late or stuff has just been missing. Yep you can get the money back but that pretty much defeats the object of it all. I wonder whether I've just been unlucky as it seems to be growning very rapidly but I just find it easier to go in the store and grab what I want these days.0 -
Hello R+R's...Wow this R+R policy seems amazing. I wana try it, I normally always get want and I want free stuff.. lol What my chances of getting these R+R's in a T Metro? (quite a big one)
cheersAlways remember your unique! ...Just like everyone else!:grouphug:0 -
Still if you get it all delivered you might miss out on the pleasure of that unexpected r&r....:rotfl:Red Hot by name, Red hot by nature. :rotfl:0

go to this page and(and if things dont add up) it clearly shows the new refund policy on r+r,and nowhere does it mention about sel price,it only states in the event of an overcharge.
is this correct or the instore posters?
thanks
Damn good point in my opinion. If its gonna be on the website put the damn right info on there. Afraid I'm not to sure as to who to poke with a stick to fix that though. I'll try and have a dig around tommorow to see who deals with that kind of stuff but I'm afraid I do have a normal job to do and stuff like the Tesco.com website is well out of my area. I'll try though as I think whats on the website doesn't match with what the store guys are told.0 -
I have recently sent an e mail to Tesco cs following the debate about "genuine" customers getting a refund. I told them that as i was overcharged recently i now check my receipt for others and that i sometimes spot misprices instore, i asked what they thought if i saw a misprice on the shelf and then took it through the till knowing it will probably go through more than the price it should would i still be entitled to a refund and they said: "Our policy is that, if you are overcharged we will refund you for the item and you can keep the product" So i guess that means yes! I think i might print it off and take it with me to Tesco incase i have any problems with r&r or the security telling me i do this often as other posters have experienced!0
