I wonder if this thread is just a bit like that- I used to post a lot and now just look now and then. Its a bit intense when you first get an r and r, and then after a while reading about it becomes a bit repetitive. Pllus thinking about getting musprices or getting them can become overwhelming and is difficult to keep in check if you are the obsessive type ( and who on here isn't...)I still like the misprice thread and will post on there if I find something...its been good to me...

LOL, more likely they charged 51p for the bags, had to give R&R but declared the 'bag for life' policy invalid, c/w the words, "the bag for life policy is at the managers discretion"! :rotfl:

got an r&r on the motorola v171, but low and behold the lady came back saying the item was out of stock and i couldnt have one, very upset now, as i was mislead in thinking they were in stock as there were 2 cd cases on the shelf. rang head office and basically they said tough, they told me the price on the leaflets were a misprint in the first place, and its not their fault, i feel like ringing trading standards or am i being over the top, i feel the lady at customer services could be lying about being out of stock, but then again i have nothing to prove my thoughts.

well technically you have paid for that item, what you should have done is said you want it ordering in then, its not your fault you was overcharged was it?

o go back later on and try and buy one, then take tht back to CS and say why was it sold out earlier and i would like R+R on it please.

I am a shareholder and extremely cross with T for operating in such an ad hoc manor with my customers. I shall be raising a few issues at the shareholders agm.

Will you let us know if Mr T says he makes money by operating the R&R policy? I think it may be a close call as on the three occasions I have received one the sel was always removed. On these occasions the offer had ended three days previously so I can't believe that nobody had paid more than they thought in the interim.

Suggest we buy a few shares with the proceeds from our freebies and go to agm for a laugh. Must take a printout from this site with me. However T responds its going to be a well worth day out with lots of laughter.

I know where you're coming from, but don't let the wind up merchants win. The ones worth ignoring are easy to spot, so just add the foos to your ignore list. When enough people ignore 'em and nobody replies to their posts they'll soon spit the dummy and go annoy someone else. Hopefully that'll happen soon.
