Unistalled Avira.
Reinstalled AVG and rebooted
Closed AVG and uninstalled..0 -

If so you can reinstall Avira again

Window opens rstrui.exe -Unable to locate component.
This application has failed to start because SRRSTR.dll was not found.
I take it that is System Restore.

Download GLARY UTILITIES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW' ~ UNTICK the ASK toolbar on installation)

Then goto MODULES and SYSTEM TOOLS and WINDOWS STANDARD TOOLS
and try the SYSTEM FILE CHECKER:idea:0
