Help Please

Hi Could someone please help me sort this out.
Computer takes ages to boot and generally runs slow,
also when on the net it becomes unstable and freezes quite often .I ran Malwarebytes
and Hijackthis last night and here are the logs.

Well you've been internet hijacked by MyWebSearch for a start.. (just google mywebsearch removal for a million tutorials on how to get rid )

The only other thing I'd ask really is how much RAM do you have? You have a LOT of processes runing (most are background ones you won't even recognise)... The problem is by getting rid of stuff, it's a temporary solution as you're pc will just fill back up... That's if you have low memory/RAM.. if you havea lot then it's a different story.

I notice you've run the Crucial Memory scanner so what were the results?

Im not convinced your computers clean.
Personally id replace AVG with Avira and scan with that. But Id suggest waiting for Reluctant for now (We seem to work in completely diff ways, so id like to see where he wants to go with this first)
