I have a few questions about the fixed rate bond. 1. I want to change the way that interest is paid. It says that I will be paid yearly into my HSBC account but I would rather it was paid into my Coventry accouont. 2. How do I register for online banking?

I phoned up Coventry on the international number as the 0845 costs more and they told me that the money has gone in so I don't have to worry about the ID. They asked a few standard security questions and that was it.
