I have a few questions about the fixed rate bond.
1. I want to change the way that interest is paid. It says that I will be paid yearly into my HSBC account but I would rather it was paid into my Coventry accouont.
2. How do I register for online banking?

I have two Coventry bonds, one a Poppy Bond and the other one of the recent CS bonds, both applied for online and viewed online.
I don't want to change the way I'm paid (monthly) but as you do why not simply phone to ask your questions - see if they can change what you want changing for you.0 -
I have to wait for next week for them to set me up the security password. I have sent them an email via their website so I will wait for a reply. It wont be a big lost as I only put in £10 so I guess I live it for a week.

Yes I agree as they have opened the bond quickly. The thing is that they have this rule where you have to send a password to them via post which takes 3 working days to set up. So I can't register for online banking until next Tuesday. I also don't like phoning financial organisations as it takes forever to get anything done via phone.0
