Does Coventry BS support Faster Payment through online banking?
As others have said they do accept faster payments, but the 2 times I tried (through LTSB) it didn't. I don't know if that was because of LTSB or not.

I lost my log in details so I had to send in that form again with new passwords. I am wondering how long does it to take for them to reset it? What happens if the Royal Mial lose it? I put in a number instead of spelling the number out and I did not realise my mistake.

In my experience, about four days.
Ring them and check that they've received and re-set your new passwords before you attempt your login.
If you try before it's re-set, it will count as one failed login.

When I tried to log in it said that it was locked and I should wait for them to rese the passowrd so I don't think it is counted as a failed login.

Let me give you an example suppose it was mse10 instead of mseten.

I had trouble with my first passwords, although I'm positive I entered the correct one.
After three failed logins, I was locked out.
If you've got the message that you are still locked out then they haven't re-set your passwords yet.

I don't think it matters if you use mseten or ms10 as long as you enter what you wrote on your passwords form.

I scanned my form when I had to submit passwords for the second time.
I keep it in the safe, which is bolted to a concrete floor in a cupboard.
Although, there is nothing on the form to indicate which financial institution it refers to.
Now at least I can refer back to the form if needs be.

I keep all my passwords for all my bank/building society accounts in KeePass on a memory stick. That way, I only have to remember one password to get into KeePass.

I also keep my passwords usernames and all that stuff in a secure word document. If I followed the security rules I would not be able to log into some of the more complicated accounts.

I am also sure I entered the right details. I will give them until Friday or so as I sent it via post on Saturday.

KeePass is much more secure than a secured word document.
    Here is the link... KeePass

That way you can take it with you and use any PC to open it. Once closed, nothing remains on the PC.

I really would recommend you use the one for a memory stick. Remembering to download it onto the USB stick, not the PC.
