Deal with removing her. Arrange a wedding for June , finished a refurbish on my 4 bedroom house, and move to Edinburgh. All of them before June. Get new tenants for the BTL and tenants for the 4 bedroom.bam bam bammy Shore by The Revellers...do do de de do.0 -
I'm the same...fussed over cleaning the car, for the mechanic to fix it.
Isn't it terrible....dirty smelly tenant in the BTL , allowing those toddlers to comme back home after she enjoyed her Valantines evening to a virus, bacteria ridden bathroom.
Those poor children.:eek:
The pipe that leads into our toilet cistern leaked so I rang the landlord who arranged for someone to come out later that day, I spent an hour cleaning the bathroom and scrubbing around the toilet and it's pipes even though it was already perfectly clean! My OH said I was daft but I just couldn't bear the thought that someone would be working around the toilet and it might not be pristine
