I'm still trying to work out how they determined who was a reader and who wasn't.

    Curious!

I had previously been sent the £8.75 voucher as having been found eligible (on the 3/3)!
Now I receive the 3*£3 vouchers email for also not meeting the criteria, I only applied once!

So all in £17.75 in vouchers - whoopee, in return for a £3.50 magazine purchase [cough cough]!

  • they let me know that they are sorting through the applications manually as some folk don't meet the stipulated criteria....I'm not going to settle for the 3 vouchers though. They simply can not prove or disprove that I bought timeout....and that's all there is to it.

Have complained I have only applied one and forfilled the terms and conditions. But they say I dont have enough qualifying points. That is braking the terms and conditions and changing the name of the game.

It seems I don't qualify either. I really don't get it. Does anyone have any idea how they decide who qualifies and who doesn't? Are they just picking people at random?
