just look at the title of the thread Free CD-Wow £8.75 voucher loophole
i hope cdwow just cancel the promo as it seems no REAL reader will have a chance of getting one
It is CDWOW that made the initial mistake - their terms and conditions should have written so that this sort of loophole didnt exist - they didnt and therefore its their fault
the best way to make sure that only those who get the magazine actually get a voucher would have been to have to send a coupon cut out of the magazine to them - but they didnt
the fact they took the easiest route for them by having it all online with no way of actually proving the person has the magazine is their fault
however the amount of "spam" emails they have sent out has probably obtained more sales and more than paid for the people who "spoilt" it by applying when they didnt read that actual copy of the magazine (i have actually read it in the past)See the stars they’re shining brightEverything’s alright tonight0 -
its so easy to sign up and NOT get your cd but ive tried to unsubscribe three times now and emailed them to ask them to do it for me and i cant and they wont . GOOD HEY
and SAVER01 if you have nothing nice to say dont say anything .....Free of dept Thanks Martin
:T  beers are on me0 -
I agree with saver01. At the end of the day they were probably expecting a certain number of applications so when they get loads more they need to cut some out. Then the genuine readers miss out, all because of thousands upon thousands of freeloaders trying to get something they dont deserve. i have been reading timeout for years but no voucher as yet. I blame sites like this not cd-wow0

Has nobody stopped to think that posting on this forum as well as many others (i've seen it on other forums too) is the precise reason why no vouchers have been sent yet?
CD WOW! reserves the right to refuse any Voucher application or Voucher redemption if there is any suspicion of fraud or malredemption.
T&Cs state IF THERE IS ANY SUSPICION. You guys think they don't read the forums?
They are now suspicious of everyone, genuine or otherwise.0 -

What so Saver has got to keep quiet unless it conforms to him/her agreeing with you and others.
I am in no way agreeing/disagreeing with anyone, but everyone has a right to an opinion and not to be told to basically shut up if they have different views."Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."0 -
Well gosh, that certainly looks tempting. But I am rather concerned by the morality of it. I mean, sure, the big companies like to screw us over to increase their profit margin but this just looks like taking advantage and ruining it for all the genuine readers of Time Out Magazine. I'm just not sure if my conscience could abide it, but thank you kindly for the tip anyway.
PS, Judd Nelson every time.0 -
With refernece to some earlier posts the issue of Time Out did indeed calim 'a FREE CD for every reader'.
There are five readers of this in my house but they are not all (or possibly any) going to get a voucher !!!
Buy it here :-

thats a great and much appreciated articulate response in a country of illiterate(?) grab as much as you can but do very little for it sorts, thanks hippie.
With regards to the voucher. Who would win in a fight?
Judd Nelson vs Audley "Ordinary" Harrison vs £8.75 voucher.
Its a toughie.0 -

If the definition of 'having balls' is screwing people over, then I'm glad I'm no man. Ooops, I've only just clicked - balls=screwing oooh the phallic overtones endure. 'BE A MAN AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF LOOPHOLES' it's the only way to get by in the patriarchy. For want of a better word - !!!!!!!!. I agree with Krotch and Saver01. You and your forums are going to end up further restricting these offers or ruining it for genuine applicants. Why does everyone expect something for nothing these days??? It's one thing being smart and saving money but this all reeks of oneupmanship and losergeeks sitting at their PC's crying because they can't get a girlfriend IF ONLY I HAD MY FREE £8.75 VOUCHER I COULD BY SOME EMO MUSIC TO GET ME THROUGH THIS HARD TIME...0
