I emailed CD _Wow customer services earlier and they said thgey would get back to me, let's see what their response is. Incidentally I live in Essex and there are a large number of commuters who travel to London so I don't see how CD-Wow can try to wriggle out of giving out vouchers based on where you live. People do buy magazines to read whilst travelling back and forwards to work don't they?

I emailed them last night and have just recieved an "not read receipt" - basically they deleted my email without reading it

    Gee Thanks CD Wow

I think you have just lost a customer - at least Play coughed up after their mistakes (and no i didnt take liberties and only applied once)

I emailed last night and they replied asking where I bought it and to confirm my address. I did that, but they haven't replied since. I live near(ish) to London.

Well, my bro e-mailed to ask about his voucher yesterday and is yet to receive a reply - I wonder if they're operating a policy of ignoring certain e-mails. He has actually read Time Out as well. I did think from very early on that this was too good to be true.
  • I'm almost certain I've seen Time Out for sale in WHSmiths in Manchester - and probably other branches.... I've not had an email yet either - just lots of spam!
