As well as security settings reset you could also try
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Reset Internet Explorer Settings.
Do you get any other error warnings e.g. Dr Watson warnings?0 -

Sorry back again...
I copied the log from the 'my computer' files, I didnt go into the hijackthis icon which is now on my screen. So when I now go into the icon to delete the file you said to it is asking if I want to do a scan and log file?? From what I can see its the only way to view the log from actually going into hijackthis?? Should I run the file scan again now I am in normal mode as the last time I did it I was in safe mode with networking???0 -
ohhh
sorry ~ ALL hijack logs should be done in NORMAL mode
Please reset Internet Explorer as 'bluboy' said too (I posted incorrect instructions ~ sorry):idea:0
