These are the ones, with a large oval soft rimmed outer and a silicone cherry shaped teat.
Sorry - must be absolutely stupid - I couldn't even get the link to work with cut and paste. Think I need lessons!

i've just seen in asda, their own brand little angels silicone cherry dummies, a 2 pack for £1.96! my son has a cherry dummy, latex though, and we tried the tesco own brand silicone slightly flatter ones MFD mentioned and they were fine too.

When you say cherry do you mean the old fashion type ones we used to have when we were little. This is going to sounds abit daft but have you tried the local corner shop ours always has them on a rip card along with all the other little nic naks like sowing kits and tape measures. When i say local shop i mean the ones that are privately owned not the likes of spar. You have probably already tried but it was worth a punt :-) x

Thanks emlou and xmaslolly. You wouldn't believe the amount, and variety of dummies we have! I think we must have tried every dummy you can get. They have to be cherry shaped, they have to be silicone, and, unless the outer bit is large, soft rimmed, and oval, the whole thing goes in the mouth! I have phoned every chemist in the Coventry area, been in all the local shops as I work in various areas of Coventry, and contacted Tommee Tippee, Boots, and all the on-line chemists I could find! I've just e'd the national pharmacist association, to see if they would contact their members. Little ones immunity isn't great, and he seems to be poorly 80% of the time, so sucking is a comfort. We are off to Spain for a week, and think it will just turn in to a big dummy hunt (actually I'm beginning to think I should just look in the mirror, and I'll see one!). It's great to think that other people care enough to keep their eyes open for me. What a great bunch you are.

have you looked in the hospital shops? Ours had a selection the other day, I couldn;t remember the allergy, otherwise I would have bought some for you and posted them to you.
