Thanks so much for looking for me, anguk. I had googled soother, and the only cherry shaped one on that site is newborn with a round end, which he won't settle with. He needs an oval one.
The more I look in to it, the more I find that other babies are not settling with the new shape, and quite a few mothers are upset.Always look on the bright side of life ....la la la la la la la la0 -

What the old style TT ones... you were lucky they havent been around for ages...ebay was always my only option
Inneed, I found there were loads of people missing the old ones, looked on a number of forums and found the same comments. Trouble was dont think any one knew they were changing and some people snapped up all the old stock and have made a fortune out of them - tell your daughter to just keep an eye out on there as sometimes people do quick auctions - also we bought some pink ones (which can be cheaper) that LO uses at night when at home... he doesnt know the difference!!!Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
I think Im buying the ones you are looking for - I pay £1.39 for two but just picked up the last two packets myself (in pink) this week for grandson
I get them in Supervalue which is a store here in NI. They are packaged by capitolessentials and their email is info@capitolessentials.com tel 02890448737. They may know of mainland suppliers0 -

I looked at supervalues website and read that they also own Budgens in England (are they still about?)
These dummies are on a card and sold hung up, you know like you see things like sewing kits and combs in these smaller shops?
Id love to be able to download a picture for you but I cant (will try later if I can on my lappy) and capitolessentials dont have a website up yet
The product code is 1163 if that helps0 -
Thanks Suki, we haven't got a Budgens nearby, but I've just e'd them to see if the Southam one stocks them.Always look on the bright side of life ....la la la la la la la la0

Just to update. I emailed Capitolessentials, and, unfortunately, the ones they do are latex. They got back to me again yesterday though, saying they will talk to their manufacturer about silicone ones.So thanks again Suki.
DD has now bought 4 Tommee Tippees on Ebay for £33! Needs must and all that, but it's a ridiculous situation. So many peeps are upset about Tommee Tippee, but when you contact them, you just get a standard reply.Always look on the bright side of life ....la la la la la la la la0
