Very Busy Day yesterday as pancake day made a mess of my routine and i forgot to post that i was done !!! :D:D:D:D

didn't get all the jobs done for the first time since i started this which narked me more than i liked ... Grrrrr... but i keep telling myself something is better than nothing, and something is more than i would have done 2 weeks ago, so im TRYING to be please with myself but it's hard.

I;ve been putting the list up on the fridge, and next to each item i put a family members name, both my sons are getting SUPER good at doing thier jobs, yesterday DS1 brushed the floors and DS2 wiped all the chairs.

Then DS2 also mopped even though it wasn't on his list he just wanted a nice suprise for me when i got back from work which was lovely.

My DS2 is only 7 and he can be quite a handful but he's a very loving boy and always willing to help with stuff, sometimes it makes me sad because sometimes i think im the only person who see's what a conciderate little boy he can be because often the cheekyness and naughtiness gets in the way.:(

The novelty has worn out for my husband now i think.. booooooo ... 2 days and he's done NOTHING!! gah.. yesterday i gave him a gentle nudge, let slip into casual converstation that i was tired and need to get my !!! off the couch and do some jobs. He told me not to worry about it the house was fine but i said no i'd feel guilty because the boy's did thier jobs what kind of mother would i be if i let my sons do all the housework... they made the effort so should i. He gave me a sly look i think he got the hint... still didn't get his !!! off he seat though!!! well if he doens't do anything today he'll be getting more than a nudge.
