Morning everybody
Another bright start to the day here - hope it lasts into the afternoon and I might do HHG!
oddjob good on you - go for it - if you dont try you may regret it later. Good luck with getting the allotment that would great.
And you have a star!!!!!! I expect we shall see you with more by the end of the week as you are so good at keeping things organised in your house!!!
as for reading the 70 books it shows you are an avid reader (again will help with the studying!) - I am a keen reader but have read pathetically few of that list - I obviously dont read the right thing - I tend to read more non-fiction and other authors of fiction who must be classed as trashy by the general public!!!!:rotfl: I have printed of the list of the 200 and will consider some of them since they are popular!
mudbath gentle hugs for you - thats not good - take it easy today you dont want to get really ill. hope the sickness passes quickly. what a shame you have had to cancel a client already! Yes I keep checking up on you LOL
thanks everybody for the info on Lent - I had googled it so I dont know where I got that idea from so I am pleased to have found out in time! I started my 40 in 40 challenge as soon as I got up and put my first thing in my charity bag - will be doing the same every morning so that I know it is done.
I had a look at the Church of Scotland website last night and they are doing a good Lent fast - the idea is to take out a lightbulb ina main room for the 40 days so you are giving up light but helping to save electricity and the planet at the same time they have called it 'carbon fast'!
dusty glad you didnt murder DS3 as it would be very difficult for me to visit you in prison! and think of the mess to clear up!!!:rotfl: Are you feeling brighter today?
yes it is very sad about David Cameron's son - very sudden.
greenadthrifty dont beat yourself up - keep doing the baby steps and it will get better believe me! decorating does make a mess! dont worry about catch up on the long list as it gets soul destroying - do todays list first and then if you feel like doing more go back to other bits.
funfairprincess what a fright for you - what a shame he cant fix it sooner but as its a 'free' job its worth waiting - you will soon get it back into shape with your little assistant!!
lil_me goodluck with finishing and submitting your assignment today- hope DS2 gets on ok at the clinicBut a S&S of the kitchen before I left for work this morning, left it looking tidy!! My hard work must be paying off as its taking less effort to get some rooms to at least look half decent!!:rotfl:
carlsbergal glad you got a bit more sleep - had to laugh at your description of big bunny!carlsberggal wrote: »we seem to collect waifs and strays including the odd teenager! 1 has died now and DH was heartbroken
